WOD – No Equipment:

Five rounds for time of:
30 Alternating Step-ups
30 Russian Twists

WOD – Full Equipment:
Five rounds for time of:
30 Weighted Step-ups (50#/35#)
30 Weighted Russian Twists (35#/25#)

Men use a 50# dumbbell for the step-ups and a 35# plate for the Russian twists.

Women use a 35# dumbbell for the step-ups and a 25# plate for the Russian twists.
