Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following sequence:
24-18-12-6:
Wallballs (20#/14#)
Calorie Row

Rest 7 minutes, then repeat.

If you finish the round of 6 before the 7 minutes are up, note your time and use any time remaining as additional rest.
