Strength ladder up to 7 reps of:
Strict Handstand Push-ups

then

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
+ 1 Pull-up
+ 2 Push Press (75#/55#)

Pull-ups ascend by 1 rep each round.
Push Press ascends by 2 reps each round
