I have heard from other well respected members within our CF community that WOD 11.4 is a very humbling experience. Personally I think they are all humbling, so this one must be extra special. I plan to give it a try today as well. Let’s have some fun!

In case you are wondering…..

According to the Global Leaders Board, so far, in 1st place Overall for the Men, we have Daniel Tyminski who completed WOD 11.4 with 1 round + 53 bar-facing burpees and for the Women, we have Megan John who completed WOD 11.4 with 0 rounds + 60 bar-facing burpees + 30 overhead squats + 8 muscle-ups. Remember this is the Overall, there have been competitors who finished WOD 11.4 with even better scores, but placement is based on cumulative results as the events continue.

It should also be noted that our very own Ray Traitz is currently in third place in the East coast behind Daniel Tyminski and the legendary Rob Orlando. The one and only Coach Drew is hanging on in 40th place! The top 60 from our region will advance to the Regionals…Let’s go guys!!!!!!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120#/90#)
10 Muscle-ups
