Muscle-up Bonanza!!

We had some more first time muscle-ups yesterday!!! Congratulations to both George and Mr. Pink!!! This now makes FOUR 1st muscle-ups in the past TWO weeks! What are you guys on??? Oh yeah….CROSSFIT!!!

Hmmm…I wonder if the muscle-ups programmed for today are coincidence…..

7 Muscle-ups
15 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
30 Walking lunges

*Note: If you do not have muscle-ups yet, perform 10 muscle-up transitions or 10 ring dips.
